1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Pelletrades website, product, course, community, or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Pelletrades provides trading education products including video workshops, digital courses, downloadable materials (cheat sheets, indicators), and access to a paid community (Discord). All content is delivered digitally through our course portals and community platforms.

3. Financial Disclaimer

All content provided by Pelletrades — including but not limited to workshops, courses, community discussions, live trading sessions, indicators, backtested results, and social media posts — is for educational and informational purposes only. None of it constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice.

Pelletrades does not guarantee any specific results or profits. Past performance, including backtested or hypothetical results, does not guarantee future performance. Backtested results have inherent limitations: they are designed with the benefit of hindsight, do not reflect actual trading, and do not account for all market conditions.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from them. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your actions.

4. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price and authorize the charge to your payment method.

One-time purchase products (such as the TORYN workshop) provide lifetime access to the purchased content, including future updates to that specific product.

Subscription products (such as the Discord community) are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing platform (Whop). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you access or download the product content, no refunds will be issued.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.

For subscription products, you will not be charged after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services — including videos, written materials, indicators, cheat sheets, branding, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Pelletrades and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased content for your own education. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with others
• Record, screenshot, or reproduce course videos or live sessions for distribution
• Use our indicators, materials, or branding for commercial purposes
• Claim any Pelletrades content as your own

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without refund.

7. Community Guidelines

Access to our Discord community is subject to respectful conduct. We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, spam, promotion of competing services, or any behavior that disrupts the community experience. Removal for violation of community guidelines does not entitle you to a refund.

8. No Guarantees

Pelletrades makes no guarantees regarding:

• Specific financial results or trading profits
• The accuracy or completeness of backtested or hypothetical results
• The continued availability of any specific feature, platform, or community
• The performance of any trading setup, indicator, or strategy in live market conditions

We provide education. What you do with it is your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelletrades and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to financial losses from trading.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any of our Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
